FAQ

Why are the videos mirrored?
Because this site is for learning dances, and if you learn from a mirrored video all you have to do is copy the moves – as if you are looking at yourself in the mirror, instead of having to constantly remind yourself which hand/leg to move or ending up learning the dance backwards.

How can I mirror a video?
There are many video editing programs that have a “horizontal flip” or a similar effect, the most common ones, and most likely already installed in your computer, are Windows Movie Maker and iMovie ’09+. Or if you only want the video for yourself you can just use VLC Player to watch anything mirrored. (Preferences – All – Video – Filters – Transformation – Flip horizontally & back in the Filter main list scroll to ‘Video output filter module’ and tick ‘Video transformation filter’ – Save and open the file. Untick that if you want to watch videos normally again)

Can I have a download link for…?
No.
Why?
No!
Please?
If you think you have the right to download the video ask the YouTube uploader or Google “How to download videos from YouTube” or something…

Could you make a slowed version of…?
Sorry, we don’t have time for that and consider it not to be a very effective way of learning dances, but you can ask someone else or if you have the file use VLC player to slow it down (Playback – Slower – click it several times until it’s slow enough).
